You mention security and indeed, companies should be concerned about security. However, the areas of most concern these days are legal and regulatory issues. I find more and more companies jumping into the cloud with little or no regard for the legal and regulatory implications.
For an international company to move into cloud computing, without first understanding the regulatory implications is a recipe for a great deal of regret; and expense.

As an IT services company transitioning from deploying and supporting data center apps for startups and media companies to deploying and managing apps and services in the cloud, its refreshing to hear experience cut through he marketing.
