There is a problem downloading, installing, many times I have tried to download and without success. Whats the magic if any. This software product should not be hard to install or even use given the target audience

There is a rush by IT professioanls, search engines and internet companies like Firefox and google, to translate IT terms directly into other 3rd world languages that are not yet developed enough to articulate science and other technical knowledge. This rush is very dangerous, will be a disaster especially to Asia and African languages that are still struggling to make science be articulated in their languages. You're not following lingustic\ orthography rules. You simply create words without checking their fit against a pre determined yardstick.
I would recommend you IT translators to consult the right people in doing your translations. I mean you should seek expert knowledge from linguists, terminology experts and terminology elaborators of those languages rather than doing it by your self with the aim of reeping good fortunes.

If Congo or Uganda wants to build a nuclear power station, it does not start with purchasing nuclear equipments,then construction followed by switching on the plant. They have to go into phases,e.g research, feasibility study,planning, designing etc. Thats what you IT should do. FUND THE AFRICAN SCIENCE TERMINOLOGY RESEARCHERS FIRST. PUBLISH THIER BOOKS\RESEARCH AND SHARE COPY RIGHTS. USE THESE PUBLICATIONS TO TRANSLATE INTO YOUR FIRE FOX, GOOGLE, EXPLORER ETC.
