Hi,

I'm hoping you can help me with getting movies from DVD's to play on my Blackberry 8830. My BB software is v4.2.2.196. I know it has the capability to play .mp4 or .avi files as it came with one .mp4 video file preloaded and plays just fine. I can get neither to play that I convert and copy to the BB. I always receive a message that "the file is of an unsupported format".

How do I get my own files to play?

I am new to Blackberry in general and went directly to the Storm on opening day. I have been having difficulty using the Device Switch Wizard...it is in a foreign language, however everything else in my Device Manager is in English. How can I change this? I have Docs in my previous Docs to Go from Palm to transfer.

Hi i have read this but it does not work. I clicked open ingafter select the file and it says no addictional applications were found. I have reinstalled three times and can only seem to get the same thing. I am using valid .alx files but it has never worked. I am using win xp pro 32 bit with my blackberry 8330 curve.
