The article is funny because to me i read it as a constant repeating of the same thing. Broad Vendor Support and interoperability.

It doesn't mention the problems. 100Kmph?
So i cant use it on a fast train or traveling on fast motor way?

As to Radius and transfer speed it might be slightly better then the current 3G Technology. But 4G LTE is better then WiMax in all aspect. And it is only 1 - 2 year later then WiMax Mobile.

So the question is why not LTE?
