I was surprised that you left Central Desktop, Twiki, and Atlassian's Confluence off of this list. They have considerably more traction in the business community than ClearWiki, MoinMoin, and StikiPad. Also, having used both EditMe and Socialtext I would observe that you don't need to buy "marketing services" for EditMe as it is considerably easier to use and much more naturally viral.

We currently use Central Desktop with all of our clients in separate workspaces and have been very pleased with our ability to collaborate on content against a deadline: page write locks are a key feature that enable this and are missing from many of the wikis you highlight.

ClearWiki is a very impressive newcomer to this space. Our corporate enterprise has been using their secure hosted services over the past year. The ease of use and rich features has enabled a wider adoption of wikis overall internally. Another group was using Confluence, and they made the switch over to ClearWiki. They're cheaper...and IMHO better.

We looked at several of these wiki setups and decided to use mediawiki for our reverse phone number lookup wiki Numberzoom because we found that most of our users were most familiar with how to use mediawiki.

I realize that it's probably still a beta project, but Google Site is actually an impressively featured and free wiki system which provides seamless integration with an organization's use of google docs and other embeddable web content to make pages that look and work very well for collaborative environments. Beyond that I also have to recommend Confluence in the enterprise space as Sean Murphy mentioned above - it's aces.
