Hello,
I'am having trouble receiving files from another bluetooth phone,
i can send photo's but can not receive any, they are saying bluetooth connection failed.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
James
have you authorized the device? there should be some exchange of passkeys and then you should be able to make the device trusted or atleast authenticate upon transfer. go to blackberryforums.com
I've had my BB Curve for about a month. My wife liked it so much, she bought one yesterday.
Is it possible to "synch" my address book via bluetooth to her her Curve?
Thanks!
Rick
definitely...
just download the blackberry desktop sofware from blackberry.com. you can exchange data from one device to another or if you use a mac download pocketmac to sync the address book to the blackberry
I'm having exactly the same problem as gravedigga - did you get it sorted? I've definitely got the bluetooth enabled on both etc and can send photos to the other phone from the blackberry, so they are successfully paired, but it won't receive. Any ideas??? My phone company aren't exactly being helpful in sorting this one!!!
I just searched the blackberry forum- james, if you haven't sorted it, try this...

Blackberry's desktop manager was only compatible with the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. I have Toshiba's stack, what can I do? Did RIM fix this problem?

To James:
It depend on your BB model, i had a BB 8100 and I could never receive anything from any cell phone, however i always can send files to others; to my knowledge it is a software problem that RIM fix with the BB 8320.
Hope this help!
