Sprint/Nextel works very hard at sales, but what is hurting them is their absolutely terrible customer service after the sale. If they think that people don't talk about their cellular service with friends and family they have another thing coming. I constantly hear how bad their customer service is, not from rags, but from their own customers.
Wake up!!!.... it is not about sales, it is about customer service.
I'm still a employee by Sprint after this major layoff. I truely believe Sprint are in some serious trouble. First they give very bad customer perception. Althought customer service has been improved, but people had already left. The people they pissed off might not come back for awhile. Verizon and AT&T should write a big check to Sprint since they are taking call the churn customers from Sprint. The first round layoff has completed. I'm expecting more layoff is coming. I hope our new CEO consider cutting back on our layer 4 and layer 5 managers. It's a waste of $ when one could do the job. It's a joke to look at the org chart where there are 4 people reporting to one managers. I really think that's a joke and certainly not needed. I hope our new CEO will guide us in the right path and once again establishing ourselve in the wireless industry again. God bless Sprint
