Looking for a system that will provide means for contacts between general managers and members of boards, which will enable Gm to tract all conversations and post so that company president can obtain info when he feels a need to. Also a system that will allow company president to send to all board member info on company mile stones, contract signings,etc.. System needs to be easy to use, cost effective, and can be hosted on company server or remote server. DO not need sales info to be part of this project. Any suggestions would be welcome.
